What's Next for the Jet Stream Butterfly?

Some of you may be wondering what's next for my car.

I've decided to work with Tony Mamo of Mamo Motor Sports. I am going with Stage 2 heads, Stage 2 cam, MSD intake. I've also been told having a remote bleeder valve for the clutch reservoir should be installed while the car is in the shop, so that will be done as well. An oil change and coolant flush will happen as well when the new heads get swapped on.

I have yet to decide on a local shop here in Colorado to do the work and tune the car but that is all being researched right now.

The heads, cam and intake combo should make about 575 horsepower at the rear wheels once it is tuned and dyno'd.

Future modifications will include exhaust headers, cold air intake, upgraded torque tube and bearings, a new clutch and an exhaust system and a polished and ported throttle body.

This is probably as far as I will take the Z06 on this engine. Any more horsepower than what these final pieces add and I will have to start thinking about getting the LSX 427 cubic inch 7.0 liter engine that's good for 1200 HP from Texas Speed.

I am looking forward to what this build ends up bringing! I can't wait!
